+Towers are white and pure
+Concrete seeps in from the street to form horizontal planes
+Existing walls remain untreated

Through use of contrasting materials, I wanted to express the inserted nature of the two characters and hence the architecture. The pure white towers refer to purity, innocence. I used boxboard to represent the concrete which would be constructed in such a way so as to suggest that the footpath has just seeped into the scheme, forming the horizontal elements; the elements on which corrupted, cynical viewers walk.

This is contrasted with the pure, white forms where only abstract, untainted art would exist.

In the final model, I made use of torn-up newspaper to express the raw, untreated nature of the partee/ party/ parti walls on either side. This serves also to express the inserted nature of the two towers.
